“We had the tread come off our tire while traveling on I69. It was almost 7pm, closing time. I called Walmart and explained our situation. Christian worked us in and got our tire changed. Although Christian and the gentleman who changed our tire had to work late to help us out, they both were friendly and very helpful. I am definitely grateful for their help. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”
“My alternator went out when I was making a left hand turn from and to major roads. I was helped by the police directing traffic around me. Kingwood Service Center helped me to contact a towing service and their truck was right around the corner from me. I was quickly towed to Kingwood Service Center, where they repaired my car and gave me a ride home. I picked it up the next day and it is running great! They turned a rather traumatic experience into a “no problem” situation. I thank them so much! NT”
“Ike and his mechanics are the best. We can bring our vehicles here for oil change and get the tires rotated at the same time. No need to schedule an appointment or come back to have one or the other done at a separate visit. We have been having our vehicle inspections done here for years. They never try to upsell you on anything. I appreciate that it is a private owned small business. The decor and memorability in his shop reminds me of going to an old gas station with my grandpa when I was a little girl. The friendliness and customer service is a wonderful experience you don’t come across very often in this day and time. It is worth the drive to support his small business if you are not local to the Grangerland area.”

“I went to get an oil change yesterday since my sticker said that I was past due (by the date). Unbeknownst to me, with new cars and all-synthetic oil, I can go by just the mileage in my car. The very kind and helpful staff told me to come back in a thousand miles instead of wasting my money now. I was very impressed with their professionalism and honesty, and I'll definitely be back when I actually need my oil change.”
