They always treat me fair. I have used them several times. I also recommend them a lot. I see some negative reviews about waiting. Look for yourself. They are busy. I find what I need. I let them know, and if it's going to take a while, they will call me when it's ready. I own a business too and I know how frustrating it can be when people don't want to understand that sometimes things take time

I own a shop, and im always looking to support local businesses, but i can't never buy anything from this place. They are overpriced, and they just don't want my business. I used to go there for convenience.
They wanted to charge $20 for a plug that i found at O'Reilly for $9.00
Today, he just flat out told he doesn't do business with me.
For what i read, he just had it against my business.
My recommendation is to
LOOK AROUND FOR YOUR PARTS BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

Sold me the wrong ac compressor and condenser ... had to go buy a new compressor because it wouldn't fit. Partly my fault for trusting humans.

Cannot recommend this place enough. We called 15 minutes before close, they found what we needed for a school project and made arrangements for us to pick it up same day because it was time sensitive. Super nice people, very accommodating. So thankful we made the call to Dixie. We'll keep y'all in mind!

My husband needed a part for his work truck that was a little difficult to find. Unfortunately dixies didn't have but they got on the phone and found another place that did for us. Very helpful and would recommend to everyone.
