Of customer service or make any type of transfers more than 1000$ without them shutting your account down absolutely ridiculous will definitely be taking my business elsewhere yall are GARBAGE

Sometimes it’s necessary for different restaurants and businesses to go and get change. This establishment is not friendly, and will consistently follow up with questions of authenticity of funds without asking the RIGHT questions. “What is your place of business, and where at?”
- Large funds, don’t bring them here because they will keep their eye on you. As if it’s not hard earned money.
Not only was my team discriminated against but they felt unsafe being at a bank , one in which they come too frequently.
We will take our business with our company group elsewhere. We do not need a follow up, please ensure your workers are following their training videos. Heartless and simply ignorant.

I’d say 2.5 stars. Charged me an overdraft fee and other fees I was told I wouldn’t be charged for. Never received my actual debit card for two months. Beware misinformation from this bank.
