I’d say 2.5 stars. Charged me an overdraft fee and other fees I was told I wouldn’t be charged for. Never received my actual debit card for two months. Beware misinformation from this bank.

This bank charges me fees every month for a service I have repeatedly told them I do not want and on top of that they increase fees without informing me causing overdraft issues, I purposely leave just enough money in one of my extra accounts to cover these fees each month.

Atm is horrible and rarely works. I’m being investigated because the atm was “working” but didn’t dispense any money. More often then not it’s always some problems with it. What’s the point of having one of its not going to work and cause all of this trouble.

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE THEY CHARGE YOU 40$ for overdraft and 40$ for other fee if you overdraft 15$ in monthly payment if you don’t receive a monthly deposit

Horrible service! Denied to cash my government check (without an account) because past of 30 days. They can't even charge me a fee for cashing it. Manager disapproved - worst service!

Useless bank. I opened the account to hold money specifically for my cash app sale payments, and someone got ahold of my info and tried to charge my account 3 times. No money was taken, bank wasn't charged, no problem right? Wrong... the bank charged me $150 dollars in NF fees and told me to get a letter from the people who tried taking the money (what a f****** joke) so they can tell the bank it was an accident. So basically the bank said, because someone got your info, we will now charge you $150 out of nowhere without any warning, or sense. They basically made $150 because they said so. 1. I have zero idea how this is legal. 2. What the f*** is wrong with you no brain money stealing fucks? I called customer service and they were like "sorry we completely understand" to hell you understand otherwise this wouldn't even be a thing. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she said hold on, and then hung up. $150 might not be a whole lot of money but it's the principle that they can just make the decision to charge your account and make $150 out of thin air. I guarantee this bank will be up for a lawsuit within a year. Bet money. Don't bank here, they are garbage. If I could pay for lawyer I'd own this f****** bank. Edit: forgot to mention, getting my first debit card was so much more painful then it needed to be. They sent me 2 cards, that I had to activate. Both were ineffective. Didn't work, and when I'd try to use it or take money out via ATM, it would never work. Like I said. Useless

Claimed they couldn't provide a service after they told me they could the day before. Drove to their other brance six minutes away and they provided the service. They are rather unprofessional at this branch and at times they are just rude!
