Taking 3-4 days to fill a prescription that is in-stock is NOT OK! Their phone menu is terrible, they do not respond to voicemails, setting up delivery on the APP was impossible and some techs can be pretty rude.

Went to pick up medicine on Sunday 5th October 2nd October got text stating your medicine is ready for pickup. When I got there lady said you have nothing in system we argued and she said oh we have these we can fill . So now out of my way I have to go back to get my medicine today because I'm out.

Prescriptions take too long to fill or refill, communication is lacking, not enough employees. This was the case over a year ago. Tried to used them again and it is even worse.
