“Are my last oil change my oil filter was after market. This caused my engine to shut down. I have asked your company to reimburse me for the repair bill in full. “I took a used vehicle that I had recently purchased and was having battery problems although it looked like a new battery. Luckily the gentlemen working here were very informed and were able to find out within 5 minutes what the problem was and told me that the voltage to start the car wasn't high enough. I got the battery replaced within 20 minutes and was on my way. Best service I could've asked for.”

“I had a bad experience this weekend trying to get my oil changed & tires rotated. I had an appointment at 5PM after work & @7PM my car still wasn’t done. I was picked up & had to come back to a car unserviced. I tried again the next morning at 9AM and waited 20 mins to get checked in (the mechanics kept looking at the line & continuously working on cars instead of checking in people that had been waiting in the line & it was 5 cars outside waiting). I had my boyfriend go inside to get someone and the cashier came & helped with no problem (shout out the her for responding immediately to get the line down). I came back to pick my car up after the oil change and tire rotation an hour later and realized they never did the tire rotation service. No one answers the phone or anything so I called the customer service line (who told me the store manager would respond in 3 business days, BUT the store manager called in less than 1 hour) and the manager Ms. Brenda made the experience so much better and I felt heard when addressing my issue. She was able to get the problem situated and reassured me that it won’t happen again and she does not allow that at their store. She was overly apologetic and I really appreciate her for turning my experience around. If you have a bad experience PLEASE speak up because this allows future customers to have a better experience and potentially team training so services can be ran smoothly! Thank you so much Ms. Brenda you’re an ANGEL!! The 4 stars is only because of Ms. Brenda. I would do 5 but I had to dock one for the experience itself.”
“I like the service but my experence was bad with this one guy with me arriving eairly. He park my car away from the auto place. I didnt want to be late but he made a big deal about it saying you HAVE to arrive on schedule. But there always a line and depends how long it takes to check in. That why I arrive eairly. But when they finish it eairly he didnt like it and started arguing about it.”

As soon as I arrived, I had the pleasure of working with Preston. He was absolutely amazing! He completed my oil change while explaining everything he was doing, which made me feel informed and confident that my car was in great hands.
Preston’s professionalism, knowledge, and friendly personality truly stood out. Excellent customer service like his is hard to find.
