So here's what happened and when I was there 2 weeks ago I had to warranty out of battery load a new alternator was going out they gave me another remand alternator and a burnt up the battery they warranted out and they refuse to replace the battery after the reman piece of s*** alternator burnt it up but I still purchased another alternator don't go to this location they're not going to help you professionally.

Just have to recognize Manager Jodee and Associate Kelly. These two ladies helped me so much. I had bought parts from a different OReilly but they gave me wrong parts. Drove to New Caney Tire, which is great place to get brakes done or tires, which is across the street from New Caney OReilly. They said I had wrong parts. Went across street and Jodee and Kelly switched out parts for me. They are amazing and deserve to be promoted. The Lord was so good to me also in that he kept me and provided for me.

Service no good the people the work there no manners burping like a pig instead and look up the correct hose for me acting like he didn’t care so I’ll go spend my money to a different store not to that store

The employees seem to have a wealth of knowledge and know what they're talking about. Every trip I've made there has been a great experience and I went home with exactly what I needed to the job done right the first time. Highly recommend this place!

Stopped at O'Reilly's in New Caney yesterday evening. Cayden, the sales rep was awesome. Knew exactly which bulb i needed to fix a blinker.
Very polite young man, smart, and ambitious.

Ja’Colby is the star of the show in this store! Please evaluate for a raise, immediately. The rest of the staff appears to be withdrawn and unapproachable EVERYTIME I come into this location, which is sad because it is less than 5 mins from my home. I ONLY go back because of Ja’Colby’s presence and his expertise in car systems and parts. Ja’Colby goes out of his way to make sure that I feel confident in knowing what the problem is going on with my car and how to safely/affordably navigate resolution. As a woman, this means a lot and I just would like to say thank you!! Keep up the good work Ja’Colby! It does not go unnoticed by your community.
