I am a regular customer of Ulta Hair Saloon. On Sept. o8, 2025, a stylist scheduled me at 5p.m. for all over hair color. But somehow some misschdueling happened, and there was another customer at 5p.m. too. They asked me to wait, but didn't tell me what's going on then after waiting sometime I asked them why it is taking long, at that moment the Hair Stylist Angela Garcia rudely talked to me, and her behavior was bad too, like they have many customers so one customer doesn't matter to them.Ulta staff showed no regrets as they wasted my time.I was really disappointed by the staff of Hair Saloon.

I have been coming to this locations for years and Angelica will always be my go to person! If she’s busy best believe I’ll wait for her help. She’s super knowledgeable and beyond helpful and so sweet! There’s never a product she recommends I don’t love. A great makeup artist too she always gets me looking right when I have events. A complete gem!!!

First time visiting and it was a great experience. I was assisted in helping pick out my make up needs and was quite happy with the results. My daughter raves about how much she loves this place. Now I see why. So many great products to choose from with great customer service!

I love this place. The service is incredible. I love how knowledgeable and helpful they were and made my shopping experience super enjoyable. Big props to the manager and Ulta associates who were attending all customers during check out.

maria gave me the best customer service i’ve ever received at this ulta location, & i have been going there for years! she was very sweet, this is my favorite location & she’s my new favorite helper! she gave me a perfect shade match, and helped me find my new permanent foundation in my makeup routine!
