“We brought two street puppies in at the last minute. We wanted to get them checked out, estimate their age, and get them on any medication they may need and to get their shots started, if possible. We went in and were met with a clean lobby and friendly staff. The reception ladies were kind and helpful with all the questions. The vet assistant was very kind and explained everything she was doing before she did it. The veterinarian was very kind and helped explain what was happening, what she was doing and what the plan to help them was. She answered all of our questions and made sure to give us options for what we could do to treat them and get them all better. I would highly recommend this place if you have the option of going on a week day.”

“I love this vet clinic! Our first visit was a couple weeks ago. I didn't have to wait long. The front office staff were so sweet and worked efficiently at checkin/check out. We didn't wait long in the examination room either. Vet tech and Dr. Sanchez communicate well and have excellent bedside manner with my pup. Much better experience than other vet clinic's I've been to.”

“This is the first vet clinic ive been to in my entire adult life where the vet and techs all showed true care and concern, and I could tell that they genuinely loved animals and were there because they were passionate about helping my pets.

In today's world, where a huge majority of veterinary facilities are being bought up by corporations or private equity groups, to monopolize pet health care prices and make them as unaffordable as human health care is, this PRIVATELY OWNED clinic was honestly SHOCKINGLY affordable!

They've got a bit of a waiting list to get your pet in for non emergencies, but that's because I'm obviously not the only person who sees their genuine love for our pets.

While this clinic is (deservingly) not the best hidden gem, it definitely outshines all the rest in our area!”

They are always very happy to see me and the animal and eager to assist by coming out to the car and scanning the dog for me instead of me trying to take them in. I have gone to them for a regular vet visits on animals as well and I’ve had the most pleasant of experiences they always keep me up-to-date on what the money or charge could be on any service before they do it. “This is the first vet I came to in Texas for my baby Yoda. My trust is hard to gain but as soon as I walk in the building everyone was beyond friendly and welcoming. Dr. Jewell was amazing. Usually dogs shake and more going to the vet but he immediately showered Yoda with love and attention. “Doc took care of our kitty. I was pretty sure there was some sort of major issue, when it looked like she had completely lost the use of her back legs. I feared the worst and was afraid she would have to be put down. I had not used this vet before but he was the only one that could see us on short notice. He could have ordered bloodwork and some other things, but he explained why that would be a waste of money, and he felt it was a back sprain. I've woken up with some serious back pain before, and after looking at that as an option, I could certainly see why she would be moving the way she was. An antibiotic and a steroid, and within a day she was doing great, two days and she was her old self. I need some of those steroids for MY back!”

You get unlimited fee free appointments, discounts on medication, treatment, and diagnostic services, and even at some emergency clinics outside of banfield. They also give you referrals for specialists.
Banfield is so helpful that I've never had to take my dog to an emergency care clinic because if there is no availability at your usual clinic, they will help you find a banfield in your vacinity that does. This ability to get you seen immediately has saved my dogs life on one occasion, and is almost impossible to insure and provide with a private single location clinic.
In Colorado an emergency surgery was needed and they saved my dog, as well as thousands of dollars on the surgery from discounts I recieved due to being a monthly plan member.
My dog has always been able to be seen promptly, if not immediately in Texas, Colorado, Minnesota, and I'm sure this is the case throughout the country.
While I've liked some clinics and their staff more than others, I've never been unhappy with the service or attentiveness that has been provided at any location, and again humble is one of the best.”

“I CANNOT praise this ER clinic enough... I am so grateful to them all. My only wish is that humans could come here for treatment because this heaven sent group of care givers has completely exceeded any experience that I have even personally had with any doctor. They met me with a gurney to get my 85lb Great Pyrenees in who had been shot, I received consistent updates and communication throughout the entire process and everything was thoroughly explained to me. I was given treatment options with clear and completely reasonable pricing as well as recommendations for clinics in my area. They even noticed I was cold and offered me a blanket. I know this is a very emotional experience, but the stars DO NOT match the level of care and love this wonderful place has to offer. If you love your furry children, this is the place.
