“I called multiple companies. Suburban Propane was the only company that answered the phone, was polite, professional and efficient. While several other companies either did not pick up the phone or reply to website inquiries, Suburban made an inspection and delivery appointment for today and kept it. They sent an awesome tech to my house, Carl Pillow, who could not have been more polite and professional. He identified an oversight in my installation and seamlessly fixed it without making me feel dumb ( even though I was!). I could not ask for better people or better service! Thank you!”

“Great people I came during the winter storm prepared to pay and I did not know it is cash only… They got me squared away and told me to come back and pay when I can! How nice! Anyways I did go back and pay when I got a chance .”
