“Purchased a SSR 150 last Saturday for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. The bike is great and way better than I expected. The staff are super friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back for a bike of my own.”

“The technician was super friendly. He also took the time to explain what all of the hoses and gadgets on the truck did to my very curious 9 year old. I understand he was probably super busy that day, but he did not let on that my son's questions were inconvenient and didn't make us feel like just a number or stop on his route.”

“I was looking for one item, I stopped at the Katy location off of Mason Road, and I seen a light bulb that lit when the lights went out, well in Katy I got what they had so on my way to Cleveland Tx, I knew about the Spring location off of Spring Cypress, and went into the shop, well I found one more bulb, different kind but does what I needed it for. And like the Katy store I found more things perfect for stocking stuffers. But, I still needed three more light bulbs. I asked the sales manager to see if by chance they were located anywhere else in the store. No, but I found other things those animal PJ's and slippers were perfect for a elder I had been looking for something that they didn't already have. Perfect, perfect, perfect.I sure miss this store, as I was moving out of the Spring area, this store was built about 1-2 years before. And, it was much closer than the big box stores. And always had something I couldn't live without. Thank you ACE in Spring. Great customer service.”

“I've been a happy customer of Texas Star Propane service for several months now, but I was regretful about where I originally decided to set the tank. After much research on work arounds, I concluded that the best solution was to move the tank, but the weather would not cooperate. Ground moisture conditions were finally right today after a long rainy period, and a Texas Star Propane rep came out to move our tank. The equipment on the Texas Star Propane truck is impressive. The truck has everything needed to do a tank transplant in one trip, including a crane boom, ditch digger and all the required fittings to make the connection to my dwelling. Zac was able to put the tank exactly where I wanted it. He set the tank, leveled the tank, buried the propane supply line, made all the proper connections, leak tested, and checked that all appliances and propane users worked before he departed. The job was a little more difficult in my situation because there were other buried utilities in the vicinity; but he asked me if there were any buried lines in the area, and then he was able to work around them without trouble. He was so kind to answer all my nerdy questions, and let me watch him do the job. I'm very happy with the end result!”
