“For the past several years I've been using curbside service at a different location and recently switched to this location in hopes of a better experience. I have had nothing but very positive experiences with the curbside service personnel at the Trimmier location and I'm so thankful for them. The previous location I used literally had issues every single order. This location seems to be much more organized and well run. Going on a month now of consistent, courteous, and accurate orders filled here weekly.”
“This location can become very congested. In the future, I hope a hard line rule can be put in place about the direction of traffic and how traffic should flow. It's a safety concern for me. The traffic should go just one way to alleviate congestion, and the customers should adhere to HEB rules, or the customer can take their business elsewhere. Safety is of the utmost importance at a fuel center. I don't feel safe when utilizing the fuel center in Harker Heights, Texas. Therefore, rules should be established, followed, and enforced while customers patronize a fuel center.”

“Been off and on coming to this gas station for over 10 years. Been coming more the last 4 years due to my dad living down the road. The employees are always really nice and they keep the whole place clean. I like stopping here to get snacks,a drink,and to use the bathroom when I come through town because of how nice everyone is and how clean it is.”

“Love love love this place. When we first moved to texas we bought kerosene here for our heater nothing like holding the container over the backseat and dead arm after the 15 minute drive home tho! Since moving to my current house 5 years ago it’s my first choice of gas station stop everyone’s very nice and friendly ready to help with what you need and quickly. I really just have to say that EVERYONE who works there is the bomb most everything’s fairly priced can get very busy from the fort hood traffic at times but most the time they work to get people served and out the door even during the busy times”

“Between cefco, 7/11 most 7/11s anyway , and a hand full of other gas stations this is really the only one I feel welcomed at! Sadly even Wal Mart has a super center and then ??? a Wal Mart corner store in it's parking lot with a Wal Mart gas...what's the world coming to....Eventually we will have that one store left standing, just like the last blockbuster standing.....welcome to the future”
“This is my favorite place to get gas. It usually has one of the cheapest prices our of Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, and Killeen.The store is a decent size with great prices on snacks & drinks.Downfall-- it can get SUPER busy at the pumps and it turns into a mad house.”

“This is Texaco 3 of 6, and it is also awesome! Definitely better than the one on Elms. Something I like about visiting different stores is that they can have different products from each other. This one had a soda I haven't tried yet and a flavor of ramen in a cup that I haven't found in other gas stations (I think). Great place! Highly recommend!”

“Good gas, pretty clean restrooms, and plenty of drinks and snacks. Sadly, they do charge extra if you use your debt or credit card, and the gas is more expensive anyway, thus, only 4 stars. Should not charge extra to use your other cards. I only see the ones in Killeen, TX, doing the extra charge.”

“I don't like leaving bad reviews but I must or they will not improve. Every QuikTrip I go to is clean, nice, and well stocked with great condiments and drinks. This location is absolutely horrible. They had dirty tape over every whipped drink selection indicating that they were out of all of it. The floor was so sticky that I took my shoes off to get back in my car! The food that they prepared for me was cold, took a long time, and the kid that was helping me was snarky. And of course he's a genius, right? When I told themthey were out Coke on tap. They said it will have to wait wait until it could get changed out. There were at least four people in the store not really loaded down with any tasks. So I couldn't get Coke . I need to be able to go back to this place and I want it to be what I am used to in a quick trip location. Somebody from the district really should talk to the management in the store in a very persuasive way. I'm filing a complaint with the corporate offices. And I have pictures.Update:The fact that the managing owner took the time to reply to me speaks volumes on what a great company QuikTrip is. And it's completely understandable that they have a store with some issues. I'm sure he'll get this straightened out and back on track. As I said, the company is a great one and every site I've ever been to is A great place to go. I'm changing my rating and look forward to seeing the improvements the next time I'm in.”

“This poor gas station keeps getting broken into. Regardless, every employee in this store, has been nothing, but kind and respectful to me. Plus, they are always kind enough, to let me check if the vape pods I buy are good or bad. I've purchased bad ones in the past, and was upset about it. Since they always allow me to check them, I'll never feel like I wasted my money, because they make sure, the customer gets what they paid for. Again....ALL of you are awesome.”

“Stopped in the other day and I must say my experience was great! It was pretty early and most of the time employees are just lackluster, but I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a nice "hello welcome in" the store was clean and looked to be well stocked. I was able to find everything I wanted and a couple extra items. The young lady at the counter, (red shirt. Black hair. i dont remember her name unfortunately)has top tier customer service , she informed me of the reward thing and saved me a couple bucks and was so friendly and pleasant throughout my entire time I was in the store.

“The grocery store is neat and clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful and they have things available that I can't find anywhere in Temple. The only thing lacking that I saw was their seafood and butcher counter- it was very sparse. Still would recommend!”
