“This team has been by far the best I’ve experienced as far as delivery goes. Team IMO and APULU! Two strong players in the game. They came in and went like time was nothing to them; all while unpacking certain items and deboxing some boxes. Honestly with them taking away some boxes on site as they were unloading, made it easier for me to unpack and arrange my stuff faster than ever.

“Overall good experience and recommend. Straightforward process, good packers, awesome driver, and good unloaders. Everything made it in one piece.
Only issue was that the estimator was off in weight. We actually donated a few things he originally accounted for, and then we were somehow overweight. That added some additional stress to the process; however, North American remedied the issue.”

I initially contacted them for a quote and the representative I spoke with was very friendly and helpful in providing an accurate estimate based on my needs. The movers arrived on time on moving day and introduced themselves in a polite and professional manner. They worked quickly and efficiently while also being careful with all of my belongings. The movers took great care in wrapping and securing my furniture items and boxes as they loaded up the truck. Throughout the day, they communicated clearly about the timeline and let me know what to expect. I felt at ease seeing how diligent they were about safeguarding my possessions as they transported them. Once my belongings arrived at my new home, the movers were equally meticulous about carrying each item inside and unwrapping everything. They reassembled the furniture and made sure it was placed exactly where I wanted it. At the end of the long day, nothing was damaged or missing. I attempted to do an early drop off at another location, which happened to be closed for 3 days, and she assisted me in calling Uhaul dispatch, who also wasn't tracking me turning in my equipment. After all the mess, Bobbie handled it very professionally, and I was able to do a successful turn in of my equipment.”
