“Very surprised by the customer service. They actually took the time to listen to my concerns over a forwarding issue I had by applying online. He took immediate action talked to his supervisor explained the situation and after some approvals everything was fixed. Very professional.”

“I’m very happy with this office. I came in having to send 4 packages overseas. The process for one is already a lot to do for them. Well after Cory finished the 4th package, the system froze and wouldn’t let him do anything. Unfortunately we had to restart the process all over again.
Cheryl Took over from Cory and she was amazing.
Despite the stress and annoying process and situation, Cory was still cracking jokes, didn’t get irritated or show it and Cheryl was very quick and polite as well. Both very nice, amazing, and respectful people. Definitely will be coming back to this office in the future!!!”
