“I recently had an issue with my Kubota L3301 tractor where the parked regeneration wouldn’t engage—the right indicator light on the left side of the steering wheel stayed off, preventing the process. I trailered it to the Kubota dealer in Normangee, TX, and Maintenance Manager John Glover quickly diagnosed the problem: a stick lodged in the throttle cable was causing the engine to idle too high, even at the lowest setting.
John fixed it on the spot by removing the stick, allowing the regen to complete right there on the trailer. He didn’t charge a dime and handled everything with expertise and kindness. I felt relieved and grateful, despite overlooking the simple fault myself.
