“To comply with a fire inspection, I needed to replace two different types of batteries for exit signs. I had no luck in contacting the original manufacturer, who directed me to dealers who wouldn't respond. Denzel at Batteries Plus immediately identified the peculiar batteries and had them in stock. He provided prompt and immediate service and resolved the concern.”
“These guys are open later than the rest for those clutch parts late at night. Whatever isn't there usually is later today or tomorrow morning. Great staff that will talk through troubleshooting to personal experiences to help figure it out or guide you down the right path.”

“10/10 russell is the man to talk to.He has blonde hair and he is super helpful and kind right off the bat. He has helped me on 3 separate occasions, with 3 totally different issues on several cars. And he is just so knowledgeable and quick to help. Even if you don't know exactly what you're there for if you describe the issue to him.And your setup, he'll be able to help turn you towards some products that will assist whatever job you have. Highly recommend to anyone and love coming here because i know the customer service is amazing. It is great finding a store that you're comfortable with”
“Matt went above and beyond assisting me with a faulty car battery. I was at Valvoline with a battery spewing acid. He brought me a new battery, mostly because I was scared to drive 1.5 miles to him! “I recently visited the O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Grapevine, TX on Park Blvd because my son's car battery had died. I want to give a big shoutout to Ronny, who I believe is the manager. He was an absolute joy to work with!
Despite the sweltering 95-degree heat, Ronny personally helped my son replace his battery and did so with a fantastic attitude. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out.
Even though this location is a bit out of my way, the exceptional service we received makes it well worth the trip. I’ll definitely be returning to this store in the future. Thank you, Ronny!”

Since I do all the work myself, it's very helpful speaking to someone who knows what I'm referring to who is able to offer suggestions about the job as well. Their tool rentals have come in handy, and renting different kinds of pullers has saved me from additional stress and spending money on an expensive tool I only need to use once or twice.”

“I had to write this review because what Jonathan at the O’Reilly’s store @ 4011 E Belknap St in Haltom City was just beyond amazing to me. I’m suffering financially like you would not believe. I only had $13 to my name and I don’t get paid for another 5 days but the battery in my key fob was dead and I had to have another one & to buy one would have cost me $14, I didn’t have it. But Jonathan remembered that someone had left one there and he had been waiting a long time for them to come back and they hadn’t so he gave it to me. It was such a blessing. I know everyone is thinking it’s just a key fob, but it’s more than that. It was so kind and it was such a blessing to me. I thank Jesus, that he was the one that helped me today. He’s just amazing. Thank you Jonathan. O’Reilly’s you guys have a wonderful employee there don’t lose him!!!!”
