“I went in for an oil change and my yearly state inspection. It was a pleasant experience & I will say my car is a bit of a pain to change it's oil filter, it is a very tight awkward space to get to. So I really appreciate everyone that does my oil change, the only thing that was a bit concerning was that all my tires were terribly overinflated. The front are rated for 35 and the back 33 but they were 15 to 20 psi overinflated. That can be a dangerous situation for someone. Other than that though I'd say service was fast and friendly.”
“My experience with Masons. First off, I was well aware that it was going to cost a lot ($10K+) and major work on my brand new Nissan Rouge with less than 200 mi! Diamond was compassionate. The estimate was very detailed and communication regarding changes on any costs and timelines were always clearly relayed to me. The work: the body work looks perfect. The car drives perfect. They assured me they are they if there are ever any questions about their work and everything is warranted. I picked up my Rouge Rock Creek yesterday and feel very confident about selecting Masons to do this work.”
“I’ve been a member at Slyde’s before they took over the Kwik Kar. It has always been my go to place for all my vehicles. Their wash does a good job, but the cleaning after is where you get your moneys worth. The interior cleaning is incredible, and makes me feel like my vehicle is brand new every time. I wish I could figure out the smell they use and always have it in my truck! Highly recommend.”

“Phil and his team had the insane task of taking care of my wife's vehicle after she had inadvertently drove through spilled roof sealant on the highway. When I tell you that our (brand new, only two month old at the time) minivan looked perfect again, it would still be an understatement! The whole crew worked hard to make sure we were taken care of and Phil kept me updated throughout the painstaking process the whole time so I knew what was going on. I will definitely be back to keep our vehicles looking perfect!”
“I use tidal wave about 5 days a week and absolutely love it!! But today one of the guys I’m pretty sure saved my life lol I had been working all day was so hot and stopped for my wash and Ben went and got me a bottle of water from his truck, it was warm so he replaced it with cold water and brought it to my car, next level service you get here at Tidal Wave . The team here is always great but today was much more personal and felt they deserved a shout out! Thanks Tidal Wave and I’ll see you tomorrow!!!!”

“Great Car Wash. there was bird white poop on side of my red car and car wash worker noticed it and scrubbed it extra hard to remove. Great wash my car was so shiny and they use a soft rag to remove all water. I would highly recommend this car wash to everyone”
“What can I say about Alex, I’ll start with he is the nicest guy you will ever meet and he is definitely dedicated to his craft. I searched long and hard to find the right guy to perform the detail on my vehicles because I used to do this work in my youth and I know how hard the work is and the attention to detail required to please customers. Let me say if you use Alex you will never use another car detailing service. The guy is immaculate in his attention to detail and personnel care service. I am now a customer for life, no need to look anywhere else because you won’t find a better service anywhere period. I can’t say enough about his work, if you are reading this review then stop now and call Alex or book your service. I promise you you won’t regret it. “Typically when my Jeep is as dirty as it was today, I haven't washed it in a couple of weeks, it takes two washes to get all the road dirt off. I'm saying that with other car washes, I went through one time expecting to have to double back again when I park by the vacuums got out and took a look I was very impressed my car was clean and didn't need a second run. The gentleman before I went through the wash really hit it good with the brush and lots of soap you can tell that they don't cut back on their chemicals and their waxes and their soaps when you go through the machine there's Suds everywhere I couldn't have been happier I did a quick wipe down of the few drops of water that were left from the powerful dryers that they have within minutes I was back in the car and on my way down the road. Five stars across the board for this car wash and their team I don't say this lightly but I would give the performance of that washed six stars if it was possible”
