“The manager on duty tonight made my day! From the time I walked in to the time he personally checked me out, he was the friendliest gentleman I have met in a long time. I am terrible with names, he was an older black gentleman. He greeted and made everyone that walked in feel like the only customer. I just went to buy ink and paper and left there feeling like a champ. We both love and wear Nike Air Max, complemented on my shoes even!! I got more than I ever thought I would get at Office Depot! We need more good people in this world. Give this man a big raise!”
“I could not recommend this place ENOUGH!!! I spilled water all over my MacBook and when I went to Apple they didn’t even check the damage without telling me I should just buy a whole new computer. They told me I should just keep using it until it stops working - but why would I do that and have to buy a $3,000 new laptop!?
I was recommended to come to MacDaddy’s and I immediately felt like they had my best interest at heart. They said they fix liquid damage about 2-3x a week and that they will look at the damage before recommending me to buy anything new. They also gave me great advice about what to do in the future to save my device not just fry it more like Apple told me.
They said it would be a 7-10 business day turnaround, but I said I needed it ASAP for work purposes. They sent it off to be worked on the day I brought it in and it was done in 2 days! They only charged me for the cost of repairs. I almost cried because of how taken care of I felt!
Special shoutout to Kaleb who explained everything perfectly and helped me out by rushing the order so I could get it back for work. This place is amazing and I will never be going back to Apple for repairs, I’m only coming to MacDaddy’s! Everyone should come here and get treated right!”
“Thanks for the help finding the right products in the store I was seeking. The things I needed were a little bit difficult to acquire online without some assistance. It was also nice to be able to see the items to be extra sure they are what I want before purchasing them. The prices here are good and the service equally so. “Just want to say thank you to the owner/manager. I came in Saturday to swap a phone I bought earlier that week. I didn't realize at the time that the phone I purchased was actually a downgrade from my old FE model. The A16 was substantially slower than what I use for work. I needed the speed back.
I expected a hassle to swap it and pay the difference. It did take some time, but that's OK. It's done and I have the speed back. Couldn't be more happy. Thanks for the approval to get it done.”
