Their website showed they had it in stock at a much better price than Amazon. Went in and was greeted by someone who pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for. Isaiah fixed my screen and put all of the intricate parts back together (that had been shaken up due to the drop) back in place. He stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for all of your technical needs!!!”

“Over the weekend, my niece had ran away. She has been found and is safe at home now. But I wanted to brag on an employee there. My sister in law and I stopped in to ask if we could put a Missing Persons flyer on the door. ANTHONY took the flyer, looked at it and said of course. Hold on I’m gonna make you some more copies. He made us around 100 more copies and he even laminated a few for us. It was so touching. I walked out of there in tears. Thank you, ANTHONY for the person you are!”

Recently, I lost my apple ear pod pros and cannot live without them.Popped in and went straight to the cell phone area, asked for the ear pods and was out of there in 5 minutes.It was great that you can check out in the department making it easy to process the transaction.I have shopped here many times to pick up my gadgets. “One of my employees went to this store where he was able to get help with a refurbished phone that metro PCS had no obligation to assist him with. The manager over the stores name was Fennay and she went out of her way to ensure that a unlocked phone would reliably work for him. This is an experience that merits note worthy praise because I as a a 71 year old have difficulty with electronics and this phone is the one that I sue for every day tasks.”

“We were well cared for during our visit. From a kind greeting to being looked after right on our appointment time. The two people (Victoria & Tony - both 5 stars) who looked after us were awesome! The only place the store might improve is their internet speed! We forgot to update one of our devices before our appointments so it needed to be done…. It took over an hour! I know this is a super busy store, but it’s an Apple Store! You think they could have a little faster internet…. Just make sure you you make an appointment for service, and don’t forget to update everything before you get there…”
