“I could not recommend this place ENOUGH!!! I spilled water all over my MacBook and when I went to Apple they didn’t even check the damage without telling me I should just buy a whole new computer. They told me I should just keep using it until it stops working - but why would I do that and have to buy a $3,000 new laptop!?

I was recommended to come to MacDaddy’s and I immediately felt like they had my best interest at heart. They said they fix liquid damage about 2-3x a week and that they will look at the damage before recommending me to buy anything new. They also gave me great advice about what to do in the future to save my device not just fry it more like Apple told me.

They said it would be a 7-10 business day turnaround, but I said I needed it ASAP for work purposes. They sent it off to be worked on the day I brought it in and it was done in 2 days! They only charged me for the cost of repairs. I almost cried because of how taken care of I felt!

Special shoutout to Kaleb who explained everything perfectly and helped me out by rushing the order so I could get it back for work. This place is amazing and I will never be going back to Apple for repairs, I’m only coming to MacDaddy’s! Everyone should come here and get treated right!”

“I needed something printed last minute for a baby shower and it said my order wouldn’t be ready until the next day, so I called and Kelly was so amazing. She printed it for me, was so kind, called to see if I wanted her to cut them into the 5x7 (I was just going to do it myself) and she really just saved the day. Thank you Kelly!”

“I bought a $1200 TV discounted at the farmers branch Best Buy outlet but I had heard that open box TV sometimes don’t have a remote control so I asked at the point of purchase how this would be handled and whether I could do it at my local Best Buy in Grapevine. The manager assured me that Either location would replace any missing items or I could return the TV entirely within 15 days no questions asked. When I got home an hour later, only the TV was in the box no mount, legs or remote control and no Manuel was included. I drove to the Grapevine location and explained what happened. At first, I was told there was nothing they could do, but when I said, I’m surprised to be lied to when dealing with Best Buy. The representative asked me to hold on and from that point forward I saw nothing but an absolute commitment to getting me out the door without paying another dime for the missing components. James and Duncan did a great job replacing the missing pieces with generic components at no cost to me. Of course I would rather have the namebrand originals, but this was not their problem or their mistake and still they made it right.”
