She matched me perfectly with the right shade on FIRST try and then also gave me multiple options depending on coverage. I’ve never experience such thorough customer service before, all sephora need a haniya!!”

I find the posters section was neatly managed than other below fives. They were organized on their corresponding numbers, which made it easier for me to find.”

He checked me out quickly and even helped place some of my items back into the cart, which I really appreciated. Everyone else working there was also friendly and welcoming, which made the store feel pleasant.

First Review: I have been a Kohl’s Rewards member for years; recently stopped in at this location to purchase a few early ???s; checked-out with Karen; normally I would have had my App ready, however, due to time constraints/medical appointment, I didn’t! Karen was friendly, had a warm smile, helpful and ensured I was given the appropriate discount; the Best part of this customer experience was my interaction with Karen-she projects the best possible image of herself and Kohl’s. I don’t know any of the leadership/staff at the corporate headquarters in Menomonee, WI-I only know Karen on the front-lines; As Kohl’s most important resources-it’s Human Resources, I would ensure you were being compensated appropriately and for the awesome Customer-Service-value you bring to Kohl’s. Although it was a brief interaction, it was a pleasure to meet you. Keep up the excellent work-You are greatly appreciated????”
