“I wanted to say thank you and applaud a young man named Daniel who works here at the North Richland Hills location. I was doing my biweekly shopping and came out with two carts full of groceries. He was tending to the outside return carts and saw I had a lot to unload. He asked to help me unload which surprised me because most stores don’t seem to offer those services openly anymore and it speaks to his own work ethic to even ask when others would not bother to. He also returned my carts for me also which was very kind and thoughtful of him to do so. This particular store is my favorite to shop it. The cleanliness and open lanes with actually people checking you out is great and the inventory is well stocked. I’ve received the best customer service here by far. I hope they continue to maintain their high employee and store expectations and I’ll be a customer for life.”

“A really great store! The people are always amazing, and they have some awesome stuff. It is a little annoying that they have such a small incense supply, and that is my main reason to go there, outside of gifts for people, but I mean it's not really even a huge market so I didn't really expect it to, other than that several other locations had a lot. It's still not something I would take stars off for.”

“I wish I saw her name but the girl working self checkout with straight brown hair is amazing!! Went out of her way to go find something for me that I was going to just give up on. The app said in stock but I couldn’t find it so she looked for me on her end and went to the back to grab it for me. Very appreciative of her!”
“There are so many great people at this location. Nelly in the vision center is an absolute wonderful person. Philip in Automotive is great. Tina in self checkout always has a great attitude. The only issue I’ve ever had is the rude manager at the bank but she doesn’t work for Walmart. The bank’s manager Tina is one of the rudest people ever. They don’t even take their trash where it belongs and makes the store look trashy. Since they don’t work for Walmart is the only reason I gave this location 5 stars. I’ve been a customer at the bank and it is the absolute worst place to bank. You can literally wait on hold with the loan dept for hours and get hung up on.”
“Clean store, decent selection & low prices. You almost can't beat that unless it takes you 20 minutes to get through the checkout line when you were only the third one in line to begin with. When you have 10 different slots to check out at & only two employees are at the registers & taking their sweet time. That's an issue. I'm not opposed to a friendly conversation while checking out as long as I'm still checking out.”

“Love Kohl’s. And the lady at the check out, Karen, was super nice and efficient! Kohl’s is always clean and easy to maneuver through the aisles and racks. And the people are great!
Kohls at NRH is always a great experience. Super friendly service and people. Karen was sensational.”
