“Since the beginning of this year, I have had both knees totally replaced. My CPM machine and walker were provided by Med-Equip from Burlington, NC. Alex delivered and picked up the equipment both times. He was compassionate, patient, and personable. I greatly appreciated his explanation of the machine, plus I just enjoyed talking with him. If I ever need equipment again from Med-Equip, I will request Alex as my contact person.”

“When I say that they went above and beyond, this store went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! They went the extra mile to help my husband get a new machine that we thought was broken, but only needed a new power cord. They took the extra time and due diligence to obtain his prescription from his doctors office (who refused to give it unless we made an appointment 4 weeks out). My husband had the worst nights sleep last night and would not have been able to last a few weeks til his appointment. This place was a blessing.”
