“I have had multiple great encounters with this business over the years. I took mine and my husbands wedding rings to be polished before our wedding, I went back after we got married to get my engagement ring and wedding band soldered together. Today, I just picked up a string of pearls they restrung for me. They quoted me one price and found a cheaper way to restring them for me by the time I returned. Each encounter has been professional, fair priced and exactly what I came for. I have family members who have had great experiences here as well. Don’t let any other reviews deter you from choosing this place. I absolutely recommend it to everyone.”
“I love this place. I walked in w out a clue what I was doing and Kevin, the owner was the kindest most caring and compassionate store owner I have ever dealt with. I came in almost every day this week and he helped me go through everything I had. I brought in cases of spoons and he checked each one by hand and found some gold in some of the stuff I brought in. He never treated me like a nuisance and listened to my troubles and I knew he truly cared about me and my family. It had been a tough week but Kevin made it a little brighter. He's honest and fair and I wouldn't go anywhere else ever to sell my gold and silver. Trust me when I say, once you meet Kevin, you won't want to go anywhere else either. “I’ve never been to a pawn shop before, but needed some extra cash and went to google to find a place near me. I found d All Star pawn and went in with my iPad. I can’t remember the lady’s name who’s help me, but she was the nicest person I’ve come in contact with in a ver long time. She was understanding and has been very helpful, with answering questions and just helping me understand the process. If you need to paw anything I STRONGLY suggest them! They have to hook it up to make sure the printer works properly and most people who sell printers don't refill the ink cartridges to be able to test it out. For those who took good care of their printers, it's unfortunate, but it's nice to exactly how pawn shops and customers could get scammed out of a purchase for those who pawn printers that don't work instead of having to call around to every pawn shop just to be told "We don't take printers" with no other explanation as to why.

Myself, I love them. You can find so many good deals sometimes. This is one of the better stores in all of DFW, which I have been to at least 35 - 40 different ones and branches. “I took some old diamond jewelry that I never wear & I was shocked at how much they paid me! I am slowly getting rid of 2 huge storage units that are full of old, but everything is in great shape. The 2 girls that were assisting me were great! They both greeted me when I walked in the door & immediately wanted to know what they could help me with. Back in the day, when I worked a retail job with The Limited & Saks 5th Avenue, we were trained to great people as they came in just like these 2 gals did! I noticed! I've also notice most retailers these days do not train their people to greet customers. So I was impressed with Cash America's training! With 19,000~employees in 3,000~ stores, it is amazing that they are able to be consistent in how they run the sales floor, etc. in 3,000. Keep up the good work, ladies!”
