Pet Supplies Plus North Richland Hills, 9160 N Tarrant Pkwy, North Richland Hills TX 76182
“My 2 fur boys and I love the pet supplies plus. I always take my boys to get wash there. Crew who works there are so friendly and they were making sure I'm getting enough help. They were also friendly to my boys. I love going there and take my boys to wash. You will save so much money and I believe it's better for the dog owner to wash their own dogs instead of having a stranger to groom your dog. You don't know what's behind the scene! I get to spend good quality time with my boys and they were happy to be cleaned and they are super fresh and they were play play play afterwards ,that makes me happy. I Support 100% local business. I love this self dog wash area they keep this place is so nice and clean. That makes me want to keep this place clean for after customer to use. I thank you so much for all these people that works here and keeping up the business. does.com chewy or Sam's Club or Walmart they can't do this kind of service. I used to wash my boys in my house one of the sink. They make so much mess ,and if you were going to take the boys to the groomers that's gonna cost so much money. If you do it yourself and you know what kind of shampoo you can use and spend a quality time on taking care of your fur babies . They have a value punch card for 5 dog wash. I will recommend that if you have more than one pet to wash. My dogs and I love to go there. It is becoming our customs after wash I get my fur babies some treats.”

“One of my most favorite places to go. The employees are so friendly and helpful. I haven't been in a while. I had heard that they had closed, but by looking at the website, it looks like it's open unless it's an old picture, but I did call the number and it answers, but says they're closed right now. And open at 9, I'm going to go later today and see , it is a great atmosphere to be in. And I like that their foods are US derived.”

“I’ve been watching grooming videos on YouTube for a few years - & Dede truly is my favorite groomer! Years ago, I co-founded & managed a cat rescue, so I especially admire Dede for helping dogs owned by rescue groups. I deeply appreciate her even more for helping responsible folks with limited income, who care for their dogs in every other way, but can’t afford the regular grooming some dogs require for optimum health. In my experience, not many groomers would be so nonjudgemental, much less empathetic toward such owners & their pooches. There are not many who will wrangle with aggressive dogs, either! The last point I want to make is about the fantastic, detailed response Dede sent, in reply to a recent email I sent to her about choosing the correct products for my dogs. She even addressed various topics I hadn’t even thought about asking. To sum it up, I highly recommend Dede as a groomer - & commend her as a person!”

“My dog is an aggressive, hyperactive rescue with a history of trauma and this Vet practice has shown us nothing but patience and kindness when it comes to my fur baby’s healthcare. They have a progressive, ethical approach that takes the dog’s comfort level into mind and are working with me to help my dog become more comfortable at the clinic. I trust that they have his best interest at heart. I can’t recommend this place enough! Shoutout to Dr. Lindzee!! :)”

“Mak was such a joy to work with — she took the time to really understand what our family needed and helped us feel confident picking the perfect fit. We ended up choosing the one we’d had our eye on all along, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! The whole team was warm and welcoming from start to finish.”

“I went today wanting to find better options for my large breed dog. Jesse went above and beyond my expectations. He was able to assist in dry food, help educate me on the benefits of raw food, give suggestions on some good treats for a strong chewer and offer so many options for gut health and healing. I left with so many items that my dog is already loving and told family so they can go to see for themselves. Thank you so much Jesse for making this overwhelming time feel easier! I will definitely be back!”

“I’m a loyal customer at this store. It is well stocked and fairly priced and I love the grooming area in the back of the store. I recommend getting the dog bath punch card if you do take your dog somewhere outside of your home to be groomed. The staff can occasionally be slow when it comes to curbside orders. I’ve learned to go in and ask for a pickup order versus using their mobile option and waiting for someone to bring it out. The last two times I’ve tried curbside, it appeared no one was looking for those notifications because when I came in to get it after waiting a while, the staff was chatting with each other in the front of The store.”

“We absolutely LOVE this store and have been customers for over a year now. The store is always clean and organized and the staff are always excited and love to see Chloe. We get our cat & dog food, treats, & toys here. The groomer there is also so kind and amazing.”

“I wasted my time going to three other local big name pet stores today, looking for particular items that I needed last minute for an airline flight with my fur babies. Not only did they not have what I needed, but their customer service was abysmal at best. Hollywood Feed not only had what I needed, but the service I received was absolutely phenomenal. I was treated like a friend in need instead of a faceless person with a wallet. Elvira and Snoopy gave me loving kisses, actually helping soothe my nerves, and their human coworker did everything she could to assist me. She deserves a raise! We found exactly what I needed, and she even arranged for one of the items to be picked up at the Keller store and delivered TO MY HOUSE in Euless tonight, in time for my flight tomorrow. In a world of online options and lackluster customer service, this is the kind of treatment that will, I hope, keep Hollywood Feed in business for a really long time. Well done and very appreciated! Give Elvira and Snoopy extra treatos today!”

“I’m going to started by expressing my confusion about the name change. I visited this bakery on Friday, and it was called Three Dogs Bakery. The cake was absolutely amazing, and my dogs and their friend thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the bakery’s offerings. I also received a new name tag for my dog as a token of appreciation.”

“Thank you to the Keller team that so sweetly decorated a box of goodies wishing happy birthday to my foster dog. The team was unaware that the sweet pup was celebrating his 1st birthday just 10 days after being rescued from the shelter 5 minutes before euthanasia. The sweet messages and box brightened our day!”

“I had wanted to go to this store since my neighbor recommended it. I finally made it there today to pick up a bag of pine pellets, which is an excellent substitute for cat litter. Keeps the area around the litter box smelling fresh like pine. I forgot that clean rural smell of a feed store from back in the day when my parents owned a farm. Really brought back the memories. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even carry your stuff out to your truck or car. I'm already looking forward to my next trip there. I got there close to closing time and didn't get a chance to look around for anything else I might need. If you live near Haltom City, go check them out and you'll see what I'm talking about yourself. There's some home cooking diners nearby that I want to check out next time I'm in that area too. Thanks guys for the trip down memory lane.”

“Really great place! Wide selection of products, and the owner spent a lot of time not just helping me find good bath products for each of my dogs, but also very patiently humored me when I saw the dog cologne wall. Dog cologne? Wall? YES. This place has a ridiculous selection of dog colognes, as well as every kind of shampoo and conditioner you can imagine, PLUS many grooming essentials. I’d leave a ten star review if I could.”

“Scott has been extremely helpful and more than willing to educate me. He shared in my enthusiasm to surprise my husband with surprise within our fish tank. He even remembered about it the next day! Scott's customer service is amazing and has won a customer over. I'm willing to drive the 6 miles than just around the corner with the great customer service and good prices at this Petco location.”

“Fur Baby Grooming has been a great find for us. Our cocker spaniel is very timid and at every other groomer, she starts shaking as soon as we walk in the door and cowers between my feet. At Fur Baby, she walks right in and willing follows them to the back with no shaking. She's still not a fan of being groomed but I have peace of mind knowing that she's not terrified. The service is quick and always what I have requested.”

“An old house that was converted into a fish store with the whole house being filled with tanks and the back is filled with ponds, it looks tiny and looks like not a lot would fit in there but they managed to make it work with the space they have, they more tanks than many fish stores despite the size of the building. This place has a huge selection of fish and employees are very helpful, they also have a huge selection of fish food for your fish too.”

“Showed up close to closing time after getting off a 10+ hour international flight and our dog NEEDED a bath before the next leg of our journey, they were graciously willing to reopen the diy dog wash station so we could quickly wash him up! Great price, quality customer service! Highly recommend and would refer anyone looking for sure.”

“I stopped by this pet shop while looking for food for my cat and ended up spending more time than expected. The staff actually asked about my cat’s age and suggested a different brand that might help with digestion instead of just pushing expensive options. I liked that honesty. The store was clean, though a bit busy in the evening so I had to wait a little at checkout. Overall, decent experience with helpful behavior.”

“We own numerous Richell pet products, including a tall one-touch II pet gate, Richell's elegant wooden pet bed, two elegant wooden pet feeders and a food storage unit. I can't begin to describe the expert manufacturing that has gone into each piece. When unboxing and putting together these products, the precision craftsmanship and ease of construction are obvious and much appreciated. It's easy to see all the thought and consideration for the customer that goes into each product. And it's obvious Richell uses the most durable and elegant wood possible to engineer their very popular pet products. If you are looking for fantastic functionality, ergonomic ease of use, well appointed and extremely durable pet products, then look no further than Richell's complete line of pet furniture, pet crates and pens, and of course their world famous pet gates. This is one purchase you will be really glad you made.”

“I didn't even go here but I think I've been to Petco before and it's a good store. Mostly if you have a pet or want one but if you have strange gastrointestinal desires it would be good too.”

“It’s the second time I got my dogs vaccinated using this service. It’s very practical, fast and the teams providing the service were always friendly, gentle and knowledgeable. My dogs are less stressed going quickly into a petshop rather than going to a vet. Comparing the price of the vaccination package to what you would be paying at a normal clinic it makes absolute sense to use this service.”
