“Love the way you can take stuff for amazon and be in and out, but if you need to email a shipping label, you have to email to them 4 to 5 times for it come through.”
“Mason was a fantastic help!! Super friendly and welcoming from the moment myself and several others stepped foot in the store. I had to tape a package to be sent off by UPS and Mason went above and beyond to tape up the box for me and send me a confirmation.”
“Fed Ex online customer service is nonexistent! Their computer system is set up so its impossible to reach a live agent. The staff at this location on Davis and N Tarrant are AWESOME! Making the trip to the store being be met by real live people wanting to go above and beyond was so worth it! Thank you ladies for all your help today!”

“Came in on a Sunday afternoon, was greeted by an amazing employee name Annabelle. I explained what I needed and that I was not internet savvy to do it. She didn't hesitate. She provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond for this senior adult old lady. She showed respect and kindness, which made my day!!! This young lady has a beautiful heart and excellent work ethic. Her customer service skills are genuine heartfelt. She is absolutely a wonderful person. This company should be proud to have such a great employee. She should be recognized for her dedication, commitment, work ethic, skills and honesty.”
