“I actually visited 2 days in a row. Thomas helped me pick the exact size box I needed to send Christmas gifts. I packed them and returned the next day. He carried the large box into the store from my car as I use a cane and have difficulty walking. He took care of me and made me feel like a valued customer. He is very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Many times, people don't want to deal with older people (I'm69), but he treated me well. This is a well run efficient and convenient store.”

“Giving credit where credit is due. We had an issue with our order and the store did the research and figured out why it was cancelled. They fixed it, printed it while we were there and got it all out to us. We then shipped 9 packages and the second associate we worked with was very patient. He also gave us a tip on downloading Staples Connect app, which saved us a fair amount. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. It's a stressful season for them but they are handling it like absolute professionals.”

“I came to this location to get a passport. I had an appointment, I got there on time and I had to wait a little bit. But the manager and the person helping me with my appointment apologized for the wait. They were super kind and nice. I came to my appointment with my son and they were very kind to him, they made sure he was also happy.Even though I had to wait, the customer service provided by these two people specifically changed my experience and made it better.Also this location is so clean and surprisingly big. I found parking right away and didn’t have to walk much.”
