“Love this shop, it’s like a hidden gem. The staff and owners are amazing people and hands down the best juice I’ve had the pleasure of ever using! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new place to shop for their vaping needs from the device to the juice and the awesome people who make it and are always willing to help and share their thoughts on what they would suggest for you. Love you Mid Cities!”
“Swung by the shop today, upon arrival, I was definitely astonished on how clean it was. Tooons of flavors to select from, but exceptional customer care and service when needed assistance or just a little help deciding. Skylar M was amazing help today, and I will definitely be returning in the future!”

“This vape shop is hands down the best around! The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. They’ve got a huge selection of vapes, juices, and accessories — all at great prices. The store is clean, organized, and has a chill vibe that makes you want to stay and browse and Kate was great. Whether you’re new to vaping or have been doing it for years, they make everyone feel welcome. I’ll definitely keep coming back — highly recommend!”

“I wish I would have gotten the guys name that was working today. He was an amazing sales man. He definitely had the gift of gab and deserves a raise. I wish I would have gotten his name 😞 he was making my husband and I laugh the whole time we were there. Very knowledgeable about all the products across the store as well. Wish we didn't live so far away but every time we are out this way we will be stopping by.”
“I’ve been twice so far and both times have been a great experience. The employees are kind and genuinely care and are passionate about their products. They answered all my questions and helped me find the best product for me. I didn’t feel stressed or pressured to buy anything.
I took a sample of one of the tinctures in the shop, and thirty minutes later felt all the stress leave my body. It worked quickly and effectively. I will definitely go again.”
“Great service, Prabin is fantastic and was able to get me what I needed quickly as was in a rush. Great selection and fantastic prices. Highly recommend for folks in Southlake.”
“Bella was the most wonderful person that helped me and my friend, the best smoke shop interaction I’ve ever had , she explained everything well and was very sweet.”
“I love this shop, the ladies are amazing, they actually care about us and do everything they can to take care of us. They are a dog friendly shop ? (as long as the pup is respectful and doesn't make a mess in the shop) Bolt just loves going to see what he tells me are his side girlfriends ? I will never shop anywhere else for my vape supplies and fluid.”
“GREAT store and GREAT selection. Grabbed a nice rig here and they have great organic selections for several tree and concentrates?
Shout out to JEF with ONE F?
Come see him!”
“I recently visited 9th Cloud and had an excellent experience. The store was well-organized, clean, and had a wide variety of products, including cigars, vapes, and accessories. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, helping me find exactly what I needed and even offering helpful recommendations for new flavors and brands. Prices were reasonable, and the overall atmosphere made it a comfortable place to shop. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend 9th to anyone looking for quality products and great service! Fer and Casey were awesome!!!”
“Bishop and 'MG' have been a delight and a reason I'll drive past other stores to visit them. Their prices have always been fair and I've always enjoyed the recommendations they provide for products. If they aren't familiar with an item they will ask their customers for feedback to help assist others.
If there is a product you want available at other stores or online they will look into ordering it for you. I've never felt disappointed with the items they have suggested and often find new favorites. I've moved to Saginaw since meeting Bishop and the store and yet I will still make the drive over due to the service and pricing.”

“Came in for cigars and received such great service I started to look at the glass pipes along the wall. He was more Han willing to give a cheap price for purchasing today…. I’ll have to come back though ?! Big thanks !!”
“I recently relocated from New Jersey and had been searching for a new cigar lounge in Fort Worth to replace my old favorite. I came across this spot, and it truly feels like a hidden gem. The decor is beautiful, the cigar selection is impressive, and the overall atmosphere is inviting. I had the chance to meet the owner, who was incredibly kind and welcoming.
This is definitely going to be my new go-to place.”

“Best cheapest price for pipe tobacco and cigarette tubes in town. But only have a few selections. Need to get more varieties and in stock. Lady worker was really nice and courteous. Paid $15 for 6 oz bag of pipe tobacco, 1.99 for Ace tubes. Don’t get Ace tubes, it breaks often. Zen is best.”

“Eric at Artisan Vapor was amazing. He was extremely patient and took the time to walk me through all of my options for both e-juice and pods, making sure I understood the differences and what would work best for me. He answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed or uninformed.
You can really tell he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. The experience was easy, informative, and honestly way better than I expected. I will definitely be coming back because of his great service.”

“Honestly a really great Shop from what I can tell, I picked out 2 bad pens from VooPoo before Settling with FreeMax and they were kind enough to exchange the 1st one free and then with a very small price difference I ended up getting a completely different style Vape Pen that looked and felt like higher Quality to me personally. The Lady who assisted me was extremely kind and extremely helpful, plus they are right around the corner from my house so I appreciate that and will probably stop by again in another month or so for more Menthol Flavor Vape liquids. Im not completely familiar with Vapor pen Brands but My friend in Cali even explained that hes had VooPoo before and hes never had any issues with that brand. I was just the lucky winner of 2 pens that didnt want to charge, but the shop did not let it be a total loss and I value that type of business.”
