“Outstanding service and truly appreciate the help from Chris at Discount Tire! I had a flat tire issue on my bmw x4 and Chris went above and beyond to help me get it resolved. He patiently worked with my tire protection provider, handled the communication, and made sure everything was sorted out smoothly without making the process stressful. What impressed me the most was his professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help. He took great care of my car, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was back on the road in the best possible way. This is the kind of customer service that makes you trust a business. I highly recommend this Discount Tire location because they don’t just fix tires they take care of their customers and work hard to find the best solution. A special thank you to Chris for making a frustrating situation so much easier. Your help and dedication were truly appreciated!”

“I was impressed this time. I had an appt at 8a soon as they come out the they call out my car to make sure I get in first, that usually doesn't happen, I usually make appts and ppl who walk in first get seen first so that was a major plus. Then they hype & hyping each other up like, "Let's do this." I was diffently feeling positive energy. Will be back to this location every time. Good job guys.”

“OMG! This place is amazing! They are there to serve you, not to beat you! Four encounters with them between my daughters and I. I only have one complaint. They get you in and out so fast, you don’t get to venture out and explore the area ! They are amazing. No weak link. Every one is great. Ryan, Tim, Johnny and the crew are just the best!👌🏾”

Once they got the truck in a bay it was almost like watching a NASCAR pit crew swap out wheels and tires. Will definitely keep coming back for anything related to wheels and tires.”
