“5 stars! I looked all over town for a place to hand wash and detail my big truck. I drove it over 1500 miles across country and it was covered in bugs, dirt, road tar, brake dust, bird droppings, fingerprints, etc. Epic brought it back to showroom new. They took the time to do the door jambs, each wheel and tire individually, and no spot was missed. The best the truck has looked in a long time. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicles here.”
“Great, reliable car wash! Love the vacuum stations and my car looks great every time I go. Their box that holds dash wipes and air fresheners got taken out by someone, so Parker walked them over to all the cars parked in the vacuum areas. 10/10 recommend”

“I was traveling out of town today and noticed my tire pressure was really low. I looked up a nearby location for tire repair and this location came up. I read about how quick they are with tire repair and the reviews were 100% accurate! Jose provided prompt service at a reasonable price. I was able to stay in my vehicle while my tire was repaired. Jose showed me the nail stuck in my tire. I appreciate how detailed he was. I definitely recommend this shop for tire repair if you are in the area.”

“No complaints! Very convenient Token system, grounds well kept. Wash time could be a little longer, but that’s anywhere you go. Plenty of volume and pressure from wands and the tire/engine cleaner actually works. Definitely returning.

“Went to this car wash once and it was ok. Went again and put a $20 bill in to pay for a $6 car wash and it did not give me back my change. The car wash was screwed up and I did not get my car was either. I called multiple times on the phone number listed on the receipt and no one answer and the phone number online is disconnected. Later that day the owner, Greg called me back and reimbursed my money lost. He was a very pleasant man to speak with. Thanks again Greg!”
“Best wash in Denton. Been using for years. Always clean, lots of soap, wax and great foam brush. Coin changer always works takes cards. They have a chamois cleaning sink with drying wringer. The owner super nice guy looks after place well. (stop #UNT from taking control of property !! )”

“We stopped by for a quick wash and were pretty much harassed by a lady at the payment kiosk almost forcing us to enroll in their monthly car wash subscription. After finally getting past her and her attitude when we adamantly declined. We went through the car wash and our truck came out in a less than desirable state with dirt streaks and residue. We went back to let management know the issue and dealt with Brian. He saved the day! More than understanding and apologetic. He made sure we were treated right. We were ready to write this place off and go somewhere else but Brian made us reconsider. We will definitely be back. Thanks Brian!”

“Yes, it’s true - people’s comments about how well the machine cleans is accurate. For example, if you have bird poop or dead bugs sitting on your car for couple weeks, of course it will be difficult to get off the car, especially with the Texas heat baking it all day for hours.
If you want a cleaner car wash, there are good ones only available during the day, look for the longer tunnel places for higher quality washes but if you want 24/7 open place, this is an option.
The $20 for ultimate wash did seem expensive for the quality of the wash but the positive is that I appreciate that it’s open 24 hours. Not too many, if any, in the Justin area. Very grateful.”
