“Felt like I needed to leave this review because I was very impressed how an associate handled a situation. The young man that was working around 5pm on 9/5/2025 handled an out of control customer. The lady was obviously drunk or was going threw something started to have a mental breakdown about not being able to get her bottle of wine she wanted because the coke vender had items to count in that blocked part of the wine isle. She also blocked the ramp the vendor was bringing in the product. She was being extremely rude and had no care in the world for anyone else. The young man killed her with kindness no matter how rude she was being.”
“I stopped by the shop late at night just before they close and Max was so helpful. He gave me good price for my stuff and he was really kind and so what’s the lady that was on the phone I highly recommend if you need to make a purchase for anything for the low or sell anything?”
“There was a specialist I believe by the name of kyle we came in to there looking to get new phones and kyle came over greeted us and he helped us try to figure out what we wanted he was very we’ll mannered and he answered every question and made sure we knew all the info about the device he was outstanding keep up the good work kyle!!!!”
“Can we normalize not putting a price sticker on games? Or at least if you are going to use a price sticker, use one that comes off easy. This is a HUGE deal if you are buying one of the rare games sold here for over $100. If I have to almost damage the case to get the sticker off my $10 game then there is no way I'm buying a rare game worth more than that from here. Regardless I really like this place, they have an amazing selection and good prices.”

“I really like the bedroom set I ordered, but the glass top dresser and night stand has proven to be dangerous and light in headboard hard to use. I have to hit light fixture over and over to turn it off, but the doozy is the incedent that happened while I was asleep. The glass on my dresser suddenly exploded and glass was all in my bed from the explosion. In the video you can still hear the glass crackling.”
