“We went to pick up the truck rental but could not find key, Keenan (employee) who was on his way out stopped and asked us if we needed help. We explained our situation and he went above and beyond to help us! He did not leave until we were situated. He called the GM Treven who also went above and beyond and had a truck for us ready at another location as well as gave us a credit for the inconvenience! If it wasn’t for these two employees I would be leaving a one star review. Thank you Keenan and Treven for going above and beyond for us and correcting the situation immediately!! Thank you !!!”
“I rented a 16' truck from this location for a one-way move from Denton to Albany, NY. The truck was great with cruise control and a back-up camera which made the drive so much easier! Every Penske employee I spoke to provided fantastic customer service. I am so grateful to each one of them for the help I received.”

The mechanics tested everything and found it was just a dashboard light issue. They were helpful and didn't try to up sale her on anything.”

Even when there were other stores much closer than her store we chose to go the extra miles to get to her because of her excellent service. “I was moving across the country and was loaded to the brim in my Jeep. As I started driving from Dallas, I quickly realized that my car was not going to be safe for a 12 hour drive as things were blocking my visibility in my side mirror and rear view mirror. At 7:52 PM I made a Hail Mary call to U-haul and explained to Christopher Cudjoe that I needed to get a trailer quick as I knew the store was closing in 8 minutes. Chris waited for me when I arrived around ~8:10 and was super helpful. He was a life saver. Wanted to make sure his service was recognized!”
