“I rented a 16' truck from this location for a one-way move from Denton to Albany, NY. The truck was great with cruise control and a back-up camera which made the drive so much easier! Every Penske employee I spoke to provided fantastic customer service. I am so grateful to each one of them for the help I received.”
“Cornelius at the Roanoke truck rental center went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. He met me at the dealership and we did all the paperwork on a tablet. This is my second time using enterprise in a couple of months and they are on the ball!”
“The lady in the office was so nice. I had an outstanding balance and i really didn't have the $$$ to pay. She talked to her boss and she told me i was good ,not to worry about the bill anymore and to please just pay it forward which i intend to do. I also intend on paying them back cuz they really helped me when they didn't have to.”

“The 2 new managers are the best, very kind and helpful ladies. They both went above and beyond to help us with a rental at the last minute and we are blown away by their level of customer service. Thank you both!”
“5 stars based on customer service. Actually did not rent a truck here, they did not have what we were needing BUT he took the time to provide me the location and phone number of the nearest 'competitor' what had the type of truck we were needing (26' box with liftgate). For taking the time to assist someone who was not a paying customer, I would have to believe they offer the same great service to those that are paying customers.”
“The convenience of a one-stop does it all. I spent the install time organizing my storage unit.Also. If I had gone through my Mazda dealer the install would have been at the same place -- i cut out the middle man.”
“I picked up a Uhaul from this location today. The manager was incredibly friendly and patient. There was also a young woman waiting for an AC issue to be resolved. The mechanics tested everything and found it was just a dashboard light issue. They were helpful and didn't try to up sale her on anything.”
“They were very friendly here. Picking up the uhaul was quick and easy. The van was nice and new - it even had a backup camera which came in handy. Overall a good experience.”
“Rented a U-Haul trailer from Austin, Texas, and it was a problem the entire time. when we tried to shut the trailer after opening it would not shut. Finally got it to work and headed out on the road from Austin to Denton. Stopped in Denton & It got stuck and we could not open it. Stopped at the Denton U-Haul and T. Michael was amazing. He helped get everything done switched out to a working trailer. He was super nice even brought us popsicles out because it was 108 degrees. Wonderful customer service !!!!! Wish they were all like this!”
“Most of the bad reviews seem to be from years ago. Not sure if new owners or not but they were great with us , very accommodating and willing to work with us when we had to change things up. We just rented a cargo van for the day... We weren't expecting anything overly special. It was just to move some apartment furniture. So the truck was what we needed , and they were very helpful.”
