“TOP NOTCH! A+++ Service, Communication, and Care! From the initial phone call to set up our local move to the physical move itself, everyone at Firehouse is attentive, caring, and willing to help in any way they can. We didn't have a large scale move this time around, but Phillip and his team were on time, seamless, and careful with our items. No matter the size of your move, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Firehouse Movers!! Will use them again and again for any sized move!”

CHERYL PICKARD was a doll and helped me through it all, I rarely write letters! I believe her hand is a blessing to my son’s letters I wrote and it reached him faster than the AirForce Jets & blessed him. So thankful for one and all!”

I didn't know what size unit I needed and she was able to help me choose the right one based off me telling her what I had and needed to store alongside of providing excellent customer services and a very friendly conversation! I'm very satisfied with my decision and even happier to be saving 150+ dollars a month in storage cost!”

I had been looking for a Climate controlled storage near me and had not had much luck finding a facility that had an actual person on site willing to show me a unit so I could get an idea of what I needed. Chad was very friendly and helpful and showed me a unit in the general Ball Park figure of what I had described to him. The place is clean and secure the office nice and cool And again, super helpful to have a human body present for guidance.”

“I give 5 stars because there is a real person maintaining the property AND goes above and beyond to make people feel like family. Sarah is patient, friendly, fantastic energy, genuinely cares and ... oh yes .. her laugh is contagious. I can tell her demeanor is that she cares about her tenants and her property. PSS is extremely well lit. It is by far the cleanest property I've seen in a very long time. Safety has tip top cameras. I want to encourage anyone to come check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed in the property or in Sarah. See pics of even the back and sides of facility. I don't see trash build-up I've seen at other storages.”
