Had a great experience with Crown Trophy in Spring, TX! I needed trophies for my son's soccer team, and they made the whole process easy and smooth from start to finish. “My sister in law gifted me some converse for my birthday which ended up being too small so I went up to the store to see if I could swap them for a bigger size without the receipt and the lady that worked there was so nice and helpful! I think her name was Kim but I'm not 100 percent sure. I was in and out of the store in less than two minutes.
When I got home I realized that even though I tried on the shoes at the store they were still a bit too small. I must have gained some weight in my feet the last couple of years because 8 and 1/2 converse used to fit me perfectly. I have social anxiety and I almost never return stuff so I was embarrassed to go back up there and trade my shoes in again but Kim (once again not 100 percent that's her name) was so helpful and understanding! Now I know that I'm a size 9 for converse ?. I think my feet just got fat with the rest of me. Anyway had a great experience would recommend!”

They asked if they could piece together what they had in stock and I approved. When I picked them up I was in awe at how they turned out. Incredibly frustrated with the soccer kit process. We ordered over 2 months ago and have been checking with their “customer support” often. The response we get it is “still in queue and no further contact is needed.” Our first tournament is this weekend and we have no uniform or even a time line of when we may have one.”
“I was alittle timid and nervous due to being self taught and selfish ?. I decided to book an appointment at club champion in the Woodlands area anyway to get out of my comfort zone. Needless to say I was hoping I'd strike the ball well on top of battling alot of other thoughts, I was greeted professionally and friendly upon arrival/entry. Guy was very knowledgeable and patient and genuine in understanding my swing as well as my goals. Thus leading to the perfect selection of clubs for me. Meanwhile, I had the pleasure of broc stepping in as well to give his expertise and evaluation of the process also recommending, explaining the differences and why. I honestly feel extremely good and confident in my swing now with these selections. Overall experience felt more personal than financial as investment. I didnt totally customize everything but it was most of my bag. I highly recommend this place for those that are skeptical or self taught like me. JUST DO IT!”
