I had scheduled a delivery of landscaping materials and a Gorilla cart to be delivered today, but after hours of processing delays and no delivery, I canceled and headed to the store myself.
After asking five different employees and hearing multiple pages over the intercom, nobody came to help — except Larry, who was stocking tools nearby. Even though he couldn’t operate the forklift himself, he went above and beyond to find help, kept checking on me, and even took charge of clearing the area for the forklift driver.
If it weren’t for Larry’s persistence and dedication, I would’ve been stuck waiting forever. Home Depot needs more associates like him. Thanks again, Larry!”
