I went to look at what phones they had in stock and ended up meeting with Dylan and may I just say he is an excellent associate. He was kind, intelligent, and very personable, it was a wonderful experience.

Although we didn't get what we needed, Dylan did an excellent job! He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and made the visit worth the time. He truly cares about the customer and their needs. I haven't had that good of an experience with at&t in years.
