“Moises C is a really good sales associate, he is friendly, helpful and ready to help! This Cellphone store located inside the mall is in my opinion the best location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful & it’s a plus that it’s located in the mall where you can do most of your shopping as you’re also shopping for a new phone. Once again thanks Moises!”

Hand it to the guy and got a fixable phone and it was for free! He said he didn’t really do anything to it but I was in shock . He did an amazing job and was quick with it too.”

“Cameron and Becky are awesome! I went to several phone repair places before them to get estimates and I wish I had just come straight here. They had the best price and they were very nice people. I looked at other shops before I found them and their prices were all very high and they felt like they were trying to take advantage of my bad luck but Fix a Phone didn't feel that way at all. “I had such a fantastic experience with Jayda at Verizon! I came in a few weeks ago, and although I’m just now getting around to leaving my review, I definitely wanted to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. Jayda was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Her customer service, professionalism, and positive attitude really stood out to me. Honestly, I believe Jayda would make an amazing store manager. She has the leadership qualities, professionalism, and dedication to customers that you want in someone leading a team. Verizon should seriously consider promoting her to a management position—she deserves it! Thank you, Jayda, for such a great experience! Verizon is lucky to have you. I highly recommend her to anyone visiting the store!”

“Mike did a great job for me. Responsive, sharp, willing to do what was neccessary and a straight shooter from the first moment. If your stranded, like I was, I would recommend anyone call him out. I called some others that came up first on a Google search and got nothing but the run around and no call backs. Mike answered the phone, listened to the issue and executed in a timely and reasonably priced manner, just as advertised. That means a lot when you are in a tough spot. I was traveling alone mid way through a 2100 mile trip with an old vintage car and I breezed the last 1100 miles with her purring like a champ! My family thanks you for getting me back to them and so do I!”
