One of the older managers (parts) is very rude, he’ll make a big deal for returning items, he accused my dad of breaking a part, when one of the associates broke to justify the entry they made on the computer. Also when he sold the items to me because unfortunately he “helped me”, he was condensing and rude. I’m actually going back and returning items I bought online, and will stop shopping at autozone. I know that I won’t make a big difference, but me and my family won’t go back.

My husband bought a battery in January for his truck and it started leaking battery acid out of it he took it back this morning and the lady was very rude to him told him she could not exchange it he needed to buy a new one he took it to a different AutoZone and they exchanged his battery
