It amazes me that bank of America won't cash a bank of America check written by an insurance company that was founded over 100 years ago and issued to a local business that was established over 40 years ago . It's very apparent why the avg rating is 2!

This is the worst bank. Take forever to talk with some one. Actually went to a branch to close account and could not close due to no bankers available to assist me. Spent ours on phone trying to close but it takes to long to be on hold that long
