I took my car here, and it was good, he cleaned the battery cable's, and it worked like a charm. Places will try and rook women, this place did not. I recommend anybody that needs a battery to come here first. And they are very well mannered. I just can't give them enough praise.”

“We were traveling from Lubbock to Odessa when my car started acting funny on the highway which is terrifying especially when you don't know your way around. I stopped at a gas station and my battery died. I googled the nearest place to get a new battery and was lucky to have an Interstate Battery just down the road. I got there and they helped me figure out what kind of battery I needed. The workers were very kind and helpful. I was very glad to have them help. The battery is a good one and I have had no issues with it at all.”
“I wanted to take the time to express my deepest and most heartfelt appreciation for Nicole that works there at the O'reilly on Billy Hext. I have had a very bad time with my vehicle for the past two months and today I had to walk my way down to this location and the moment I walked into the store she was nothing more then helpful and considerate of my situation. Not only did she help me with finding the right battery that I needed, she also was able to let me know that I can find the root of my issue at hand and went SUPER out of her way to give me a ride back to where was vehicle was disable at. “On Friday, January 24th I went into the O’Reilly’s at 601 E 42nd in Odessa Texas. I was helped by a young man named Fabien. It’s been a rough few months after losing my 19 year old grandson in September so to add more vehicle problems was depressing. Fabien was kind, compassionate and patient with me that day. He was very helpful with my issue at hand. Problem solved! Every employee at this location including the manager give excellent customer service. And from my own experiences and observation they treat all the customers with kindness, respect and expertise. Way to go! What a blessing to us customers.”
