“This O'Reilly Auto Parts was top notch. Let me start by saying I'm from out of town. Traveled to help my son work on a vehicle so we could get it on home. Had no idea where the store was, (strange town) called ahead Chandra knew exactly what I needed. Had the parts in stock, pulled the parts and them sitting on a dolly for me to wheel out to my truck. She made sure we had everything we might possibly need. Then had the courtesy to remind me, as scatter brained as one might get in a strange town working on a vehicle on the side of the street, that your O'Reilly rewards works here too Sir. Great experience!! I hope it's don't need their services again, but will return if I do. You Midland locals who aren't using this store are missing out on a great resource.”
“I stopped by to get a new blinker light, not only did they check which one I needed, but they saw that there was an issue and they helped fix it. They even installed the new lightbulb! Thank you Josue!!!”
“Great service! Asst Mgr Logan is knowledgeable, thorough, efficient. He installed a new head light and wiper blades quickly and with a helpful, friendly, service-oriented attitude.”
“We had a check engine light come on 5 hours from home and they read the error code for us and printed it out. With that information we were able to limp home at a max speed of 55. I thank them for that helpful information. PTL”

“I needed 2 batteries for my GMC diesel quickly and they had both in stock. Even more importantly, they were CONSIDERABLY cheaper than any auto parts store, including Sam's and Costco. I will definitely return for future battery purchases.”
