“I come to this store often and the customer service is typically decent but pretty bare minimum.
However, I went today- 5/16/26- and as soon as I walked in the door it was a whole different vibe. Several employees acknowledged me, people were cheerful. I was confused to be honest. Looked around and saw a mostly female crew working today and I just loved it! They were all so kind. I was returning a few battery cores, and today is literally the FIRST TIME an employee has tried to help me move batteries. Kudos to the women in this store today- you are all a delight, and so just
wonderful!”

“We were traveling from Lubbock to Odessa when my car started acting funny on the highway which is terrifying especially when you don't know your way around. I stopped at a gas station and my battery died. I googled the nearest place to get a new battery and was lucky to have an Interstate Battery just down the road. I got there and they helped me figure out what kind of battery I needed. The workers were very kind and helpful. I was very glad to have them help. The battery is a good one and I have had no issues with it at all.”

“Its O-reillys man! Out of the major three chain auto parts stores; they usually have the parts in stock that others done. This particular store was very well staffed. I had a small issue with my truck, pulled in, and before it was over, two of the guys was helping me make a part change in the parking lot. Great People; Great Customer Service.”

“On Friday, January 24th I went into the O’Reilly’s at 601 E 42nd in Odessa Texas. I was helped by a young man named Fabien. It’s been a rough few months after losing my 19 year old grandson in September so to add more vehicle problems was depressing. Fabien was kind, compassionate and patient with me that day. He was very helpful with my issue at hand. Problem solved! Every employee at this location including the manager give excellent customer service. And from my own experiences and observation they treat all the customers with kindness, respect and expertise. Way to go! What a blessing to us customers.”
