“I went to auto zone to buy a new battery but the guy there told me it was too hard to take the old one off and was not allowed to touch anything else but the battery itself lol he obviously did not want to work lol. So I then went to O'REILLY AUTO PARTS and Angel the guy there not only replaced the battery but he also tightened the intake hose for me YAY !!! Thats the reason why there's always trucks and cars parked in front of the store .... THANK YOU O'REILLY for being located where you are and A SPECIAL THANKS TO ANGEL WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN HELPING ME .”

“We were traveling from Lubbock to Odessa when my car started acting funny on the highway which is terrifying especially when you don't know your way around. I stopped at a gas station and my battery died. I googled the nearest place to get a new battery and was lucky to have an Interstate Battery just down the road. I got there and they helped me figure out what kind of battery I needed. The workers were very kind and helpful. I was very glad to have them help. The battery is a good one and I have had no issues with it at all.”

“I just wanted to reach out—I shop at your stores frequently, and I wanted to ask a favor. I accidentally left my wallet at the checkout counter. Could you please check the security footage? That was the last place I paid and took out my wallet. It contains $900 in cash, as well as all my personal information, including my Social Security card and driver's license. I would truly appreciate your help. I know you are honest people and will be able to find a solution. Thank you The day I went to make the purchase was May 26, 2007, at 8:30 PM.”

“On Friday, January 24th I went into the O’Reilly’s at 601 E 42nd in Odessa Texas. I was helped by a young man named Fabien. It’s been a rough few months after losing my 19 year old grandson in September so to add more vehicle problems was depressing. Fabien was kind, compassionate and patient with me that day. He was very helpful with my issue at hand. Problem solved! Every employee at this location including the manager give excellent customer service. And from my own experiences and observation they treat all the customers with kindness, respect and expertise. Way to go! What a blessing to us customers.”
