They never answer their phones. Since I have transferred my banking with Truist I get my direct deposit from my work a day later. I am still waiting a week later for my external transfer to hit my other bank. I can’t even get ahold of anyone to ask what happened!?! Not impressed.

Very rude customer service! I went with my sister who has an account there. The girl helping us refused to notarize a paper for my sister. She needed proof of heirship for her deceased son. They did not want to notarize it because my name was on the paperwork as well.
