“Nice.... Knowledge, quick and to detail. I did not like the fact you didn't have a card to do a walk around with. My car had slot of damages. I had to take pics with my phone. Tried to call them in but, was told customer service was close and nothing they could do. Call back in the morning. That wasn't every professional. But, when I returned the car that morning I told the lady at the desk and she said no worries I would no be held responsible so I hope not.”

“I just dealt with the manager Paul here at the enterprise and I just have to say he was truly helpful. There was some concerns in regards to bringing my vehicle back full. It’s one of those things that they mention as far as like bringing the vehicle back as it was, but he was able to rectify everything and make everything as easy as possible so that way everything balanced out, and I will definitely be coming back to this enterprise again Since they were able to provide me the best customer service possible”
