“Had a reservation here early March 2026. Started with the classic Midland 1 hr wait for a car. First car I was given had bald tires, so I hiked back inside. After some additional discussion, Shea was able to get me the right SUV with acceptable tires; I cared because we were driving to Arlington and back across those days.
BLUF: if you must use this Hertz location (2 stars), hopefully you’re lucky enough to have Shea (5+ stars) help you out; she made the best of a tough situation and I ended up with the vehicle we req’d for the trip”
