“Nice.... Knowledge, quick and to detail. I did not like the fact you didn't have a card to do a walk around with. My car had slot of damages. I had to take pics with my phone. Tried to call them in but, was told customer service was close and nothing they could do. Call back in the morning. That wasn't every professional. But, when I returned the car that morning I told the lady at the desk and she said no worries I would no be held responsible so I hope not.”
