Chase Bank provides very friendly service. Representatives are really friendly and explain account options clearly. The service is great and fast, with less people early in the morning. Some customers are first-time Chase users and report loving it. Staff are also pretty forgiving. In one instance, a customer was able to cash a check without a fee even though it could not be guaranteed beforehand. There are charges on the accounts, but some can be waived while others cannot. A simple account option costs about five dollars a month. The friendly service extends to small gestures, like providing puppy snacks at the drive-thru. Overall, the experience is positive with efficient and personable service.

Just had a great experience at this branch. The line was almost non-existent--maybe a 30 second wait. I came in for a slightly unusual request and they handled it with aplomb. Overall the staff couldn't have been more friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Definitely recommended.
