“MUST READ!!! CREDIT CARD FRAUD EXPERIANCE!!! Yet still a 5 STAR REVIEW?? NONI!.....Let me begin with my Grattitude. Thankyou SOO MUCH Jennifer for your professionalism, knowledge, and communicational skills.Long story "shortened", my card was stolen. That's annoying already, however, worst possible experience trying to dispute charges and end the pending transactions. I call the number on my card, can't really understand through thick accents including mine (Texan). I'm on the phone for like 1hr45mins, keep getting transferred to "specialists" because they couldn't figure out my issue or explain it to me. Forward me to Complex community help center. Local office (for me) and I get my call dropped. Needless to say I'm super frustrated and annoyed.?? I call back and Jennifer is the employee who answers. Speaks clearly, communicates well, best of all understands my issue immediately and resolves it within minutes. What was a weekend long wait to access my funds and a terrible 2 hour confusion, stuck on the line trying to sort the mess out was resolved seemingly effortlessly for her. Totally turned my experience around and gave me confidence in Complex communities team to resolve complications.
