If I could give Zero stars I would They opened at 12:00 the lady told me she couldnt take my payment due to a meeting that required the physical card, so I left to get it came back no even 5 minutes she put a sign that said they would not open until 12:20 the girls were in the back doing God knows what, playing around with customers time.

5 people to serve the customer and they do not even respond to the greeting, they do not show any responsibility or interest in the work, they did not give me obsessions or service suggestions, giving very bad judgment to their company, playing board games, annoying for answering my questions ? I left disappointed ?

Bad customer service, they do not seek solutions to the questions raised and playing cards during working hours. In addition to not even greeting when entering the establishment, they have no interest in helping the client who shows up at the office.

Karen at the West County Rd store was amazing!! She went above and beyond to assist with transferring my elderly father's number over to my Cricket plan. I've never had such awesome customer service!!??????

The employees don't feel like working, you arrive and they look at you as if you had arrived at a funeral home and were talking to the dead person in the box. I don't think they sell even two phones all year. The phones do not have any information on the side to know what type of phone it is or what the hell. It is the worst phone store I have ever visited in my entire life and the worst service from a salesperson I have seen in my 56 years in 12 different countries.

The worst thing that could possibly go wrong in the midst of traveling WENT WRONG! Long story short my trusty iPhone was unfindable!! To top things off, I couldn’t get into my account which blocked me from online funds needed while traveling such as Apple Pay etc. Karen and Alexa provided alternative solutions to help save the day! I’m so thankful that these ladies were so helpful! Stellar customer service! Literally life savers! True Wonder Women!!
