Dillard's at Music City Mall offers a broad selection of merchandise, including clothing, shoes, accessories, and cologne for women, men, and children. It features excellent brands and provides excellent service. Workers are always helpful and answer questions with a smile. The store is clean and organized with a good check-out point. There is plenty to shop for, making it a good entry point to the mall. While service is often super good, some customers note that samples are not always offered with purchases. The staff is professional and kind, patiently assisting with transactions.
Great customer service and the most quality clothes and shoes. Lots of cheap stuff out there, but Dillard's has made to last quality merchandise. Love love love Dillards.

Customer service is not always friendly but the the few associates I encountered were quite friendly thank you not only loving your job but loving Customers regardkess of color.
